PRODUCTION SCALE
Now it has five production bases, occupying more than 60000 square meters, distributed in Dongguan Fenggang, Hengli, Chang'an (two plants) and ZhongshanGangkou Town, adopting more than 100 units of HK Electric Utility full-automatic blister of vacuum forming type, more than 100 units of imported hydraulic press, more than 50 units of common press, more than 40 units of folding machine, more than 10 sets of folding boxes, 1 set of full-automatic laser knife mould manufacture equipment, 2 sets (6+1, 5+1) of Heidelberg full-automatic print equipment. It has a professional design team and CNC digital control processing center for manufacturing of moulds, including aluminum mould, black-golden steel mould, copper mould, plaster mould, resin mould, and support facilities processing mould, such as, high-frequency mould, Bakelite mould, laser knife mould; More than 3000 employees and more than 30 delivery vans. Currently, its capacity is about 0.6 billion HK dollars.
